Unlike our competitors, we do not charge retainers or upfront fees. We offer a simple monthly fee per employee. Alternatively, you can choose a PAYG model and only pay for a session.

EAP inquiries are answered by psychologists (not call centre operators), who triage the situation and match the caller with the most appropriate psychologist, based on the presenting issues and individual’s preferred location (throughout Australia and NZ).

Variety of additional services at additional cost

Critical incident support (24/7), manager assist programs, employee return to work programs, positive mental health programs and initiatives, and proactive mental health programs using push technology to mobile devices are also available upon request.
