Elisabetta brings global experience and cross-cultural perspective to workforce transition. Her 18 years of experience in Career Management has seen her manage major redundancy projects for corporate giants in Europe and Asia-Pacific.

John has owned and run a number of successful businesses, as well as held Managing Director roles around Australia and the UK. He’s renowned for his success with executive programs.

Bob specialises in managing major restructuring projects and assisting companies undergoing extreme change. His 15 years of experience in HR has seen him develop a reputation for exceptional standards.

MJ is fascinated by human behaviour and assisting people transitioning through difficult times. With 20 years’ experience in corporate HR and consulting and extensive experience in coaching, career management and program development.

Stephen is a dynamic leader with 30 years of senior Australian and international management experience. He is a change manager, coach, mentor and team developer, who has managed some of Australia’s major redundancy programs.

For 22 years, Wendy has used knowledge / experiences gained from a career in the Commonwealth Employment Service to continue helping people transition from redundancy and to work closely with companies experiencing closure.

Linna is a Registered Psychologist with extensive experience working within the community mental health sector. She is passionate about working alongside organisations to help improve employee wellbeing and promoting positive mental health in the workplace.

Ana is passionate about supporting mental health in the workplace and home. Her 20 years of experience across various fields has built an in-depth understanding of workplace challenges and opportunities.

Katie has personally handled the downsizing of thousands of employees at well-known brands. Customer feedback for Katie is universally positive, and speaks volumes of her character and integrity.

Ali is responsible for career transition programs nationwide, overseeing career management projects from start to finish. She prides herself on her unwavering commitment to customer service and project excellence.

Bryan has been responsible for some of Australia’s largest and most successful downsizing operations. His 15 years of leadership and management consulting has defined him as an industry heavyweight.

Sally combines her recruitment and career management experience with her desire to assist organisations in creating happy, healthy workplaces and support individuals transitioning to their next opportunity.

Anna brings with her the expertise in providing exceptional executive assistance, and support to the senior management team.
With her passion for providing administrative support, she is committed to delivering individuals with relevant careers transition programs, in partnership with the corporate clients.
