Unprecedented Challenges – Proven Remote Outplacement Solutions

We have extensive experience in providing remote outplacment services and our recently launched mobile-led technology solutions will ensure we can reach and keep engaged with your senior executive through these challenging times. Please read below the steps we have taken to address the current coronavirus-related challanges.
1. Program Extension
As we expect prolonged transition times, we currently provide a program extension on top of the agreed program tenure, at no additional cost. Also, we will continue to offer each participant the opportunity to place the program on hold and resume it whenever they are ready to do so.
2. EAP and helpline
Our EAP & Wellness services is now incorporated into every outplacement program. At no extra charge to clients, our EAP team provides support, personalised counselling throughout the outplacement program and a variety of webinars and seminars focusing on positive psychology and resilience.
3. Mobile-led content delivery
We register all new candidates on our recently developed mobile-led communication delivery solution. We will use this solution to send customised push notifications to a participant’s mobile device, helping them stay informed and up to date on the job market, even when they are unable to leave their homes or don’t have access to a computer.
We expanded the range of seminars available to our candidates. An important add on will be seminars hosted by our EAP team to address coronavirus related concerns.
5. Remote, One-on-One Meetings
Meetings between coaches and participants are currently conducted remotely. We utilise online video conferencing tools to facilitate 1:1 coaching support for candidates on a program. Our current tools include GoToMeeting, Zoom, WebEx, Skype, FaceTime.
6. Phone calls
Sometimes, participants need to have someone they can talk to in-between meetings, even if it is just for a few minutes. Our coaches are committed to take calls and give guidance and support whenever needed.
