John has owned and run a number of successful businesses, as well as held Managing Director roles around Australia and the UK. He’s renowned for his success with executive programs.

Bob specialises in managing major restructuring projects and assisting companies undergoing extreme change. His 15 years of experience in HR has seen him develop a reputation for exceptional standards.

Ana is passionate about supporting mental health in the workplace and home. Her 20 years of experience across various fields has built an in-depth understanding of workplace challenges and opportunities.

Sally combines her leadership experience with her desire to assist organisations in creating happy, healthy workplaces and support individuals navigate the ever-evolving challenges of life. She is passionate about promoting mental well-being in both the workplace and at home.

Claire manages the coaching team at Prima and is passionate about delivering a high quality service. She has extensive career transition, coaching and redeployment experience across the public and private sectors and has led teams to deliver exceptional client and candidate solutions.

Alicia graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting. After graduating she has gained experience in a variety of accounting roles throughout different industries. Alicia joined Prima Careers in 2021 and is based in Sydney.

Bryan has been responsible for some of Australia’s largest and most successful downsizing operations. His 15 years of leadership and management consulting has defined him as an industry heavyweight.

Branka is passionate about providing a superior level of care to all individuals reaching out for support through the Prima EAP and helps our clients to create a positive mental health culture within their organisation.
