Unprecedented Challenges – Proven Outplacement Solutions
Candidates on programs suddenly are facing even greater challenges in the areas of job search and positive mental health. In response to this, Prima has enhanced their services to better cater for the current and immediate needs of our clients. Prima’s enhancements for all our current and new outplacement candidates include:
- Program extension – all existing programs will be extended for an additional 1-month period
- EAP and helpline – at no extra charge to clients, all participants will have immediate access to our EAP service
- Mobile-led content delivery – all participants will be automatically enrolled in our award-winning “push” technology
- Webinars – an increased webinar schedule has been put in place
- 1:1 Meetings & Phone – meetings will be conducted remotely through videoconferencing systems and via phone
